In our perpetual quest for ingenuity and innovation, pioneering has always been present in our DNA. Thus, our Flexfit® caps have been the most talked about headwear for decades. Ever since its introduction in 1994, Flexfit® caps are crowned as the original stretch-fit cap that offers unparalleled comfort and style. Born from this invention are the Flexfit 110®, Flexfit 210®, and Flexfit Delta® caps that all have and are still challenging the headwear industry. But our innovative curve balls would not have been possible without our time-tested classics, the YP Classics® collection. This wide range of portfolio we offer proves that we are never settling, but always evolving.

Flexfit LLC is the U.S. distributor for Yupoong hats and manufacturer for private label headwear. We offer wholesale blank caps and custom headwear to suit your needs.

Factories

Leveraging 40 years of manufacturing expertise, our factories are streamlined to produce the highest quality caps. Regardless of our many years of manufacturing experience, we strive to constantly improve and perfect our hat-making process. We have 7 factories located throughout Vietnam and Bangladesh, and they are all equipped to manage a large capacity of cap production.

As we cherish our cap qualities to a great depth, we value the quality of our factory workers’ working conditions. Therefore, we are dedicated to creating and maintaining a safe working environment for our factory employees.
